- Work Together or face fragmentation
The recent discussion of the NTIA's control of the process and its proper role highlight rather important philosophical differences among the various parties involved. These philosophical differences have made consensus difficult and communication occasionally contentious. Below, I attempt to give my personal impression of the divergent philosophies and a possible work around.
